1. DDP Shipping (No Hidden Fees)
To ensure a worry-free experience, we ship all orders to the United States on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
- Taxes & Duties Included: The price you see at checkout in USD is the final price. All applicable sales taxes, customs duties, and import fees are already included.
- No Surprise Bills: You will not be required to pay any additional fees to U.S. Customs or the courier upon delivery.
2. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Flat Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Shipping Fee: $5.99 USD
- Minimum Order: None. Every order qualifies for free delivery to all 50 states and territories.
3. Delivery Timeline
To provide clear expectations, we break down our delivery process into two stages:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time from our facility to your doorstep.
5. Address Accuracy & Responsibility
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Vital Mama’s is not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect information.
- Address Changes: If you notice an error, contact us at info@braci.shop within 12 hours. Once processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.
6. Missing or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received it, notify us within 48 hours to open an investigation.
